Shane believes in the transformative power of exercise and nutrition. It’s his personal mission to help as many people as he can, no matter their age, size or experience, to become the best version of themselves through regular exercise and balanced nutrition.

Experienced in nutrition and strength training, Shane is ready to help you smash your goals – in weight loss, muscle gain, building strength, injury rehabilitation, or just to feel more confident in your body. Whether you’re an advanced lifter or have never entered a gym before, Shane can help you.

Shane is known as Marrickville’s smiley personal trainer who strives to make exercise and healthy eating fun and achievable for all his clients. But don’t let the smile deceive you, he will definitely push you to reach your full potential.

training philosophy

My philosophy is that nutrition and exercise is medicine for a long, happy, pain-free life. Our bodies are built to move, we’ve been doing it since the dawn of man! But in recent years, people are spending more time in front of a screen and our supermarkets are filled with heavily processed foods. It’s no wonder obesity is on the rise in Australia. It’s more important now than ever to exercise and eat well. In saying this, people are much more likely to stick to an exercise and eating routine that they enjoy, so it is my goal to make fitness and nutrition fun and easily adaptable to your lifestyle.

  2. I grew up in Coffs Harbour, where my family has lived for generations.
  3. My favourite things to do on a day off include going to the beach, bush-walking, camping, reading and watching movies.
