About Roberta

Roberta is an approachable, fun trainer but when she lifts heavy weights, she becomes a different person. She loves to push herself and her clients out of their comfort zone while having a laugh in between sets.

 

Her core beliefs revolve around a balanced life. She is passionate about educating her clients covering everything from training, nutrition and mindset. It all starts with body composition goals, but then she loves seeing clients understand that it’s not about how your body looks, but what it can do and how you feel in it. She gets emotional when she sees her clients doing a set of pull-ups or squatting to double their body weight; as well as improving their relationship with food.

3 fun facts

  1. I grew up wanting to be a gracious ballerina. I now love lifting heavy weight and be a badass
  2. I am a Fitness coach but also a certified sommelier. I can’t resist a tasty glass of Italian wine paired with 200 gr. of pasta (Yes, I am so Italian)
  3. I once ran out of food on a road trip. My boyfriend is lucky to be alive
