After growing up in the UK, Molly didn’t always live an active healthy lifestyle. She discovered her passion for strength training aged 20 and it transformed her entire perspective. Through the power of lifting weights, she not only found physical strength but also mental resilience and unwavering confidence. Now, as a dedicated strength coach, Molly is committed to sharing that transformative power with others.

As a strength coach, I specialise in building strong physiques and balanced lifestyles, while also helping individuals overcome gym anxiety and embrace their fitness journey with confidence. Recognising the daunting nature of stepping into a gym for the first time, I am committed to providing the guidance and support necessary to ease anxieties and foster a positive experience. Through personalised training programs and empathetic coaching, I create a safe and supportive environment where beginners can thrive, addressing both physical and mental well-being.
