Mel has a background as a professional dancer and dance teacher in London. Mel moved to Australia six years ago and fell in love with strength training. This passion for fitness led her to study and pressure a career in coaching. Coming from the dance world, Mel had lived with the misconception that strength training results in a bulky physique. Mel loves to work with clients who have faced similar fears, help them gain confidence and strength and have a good laugh along the way! Whether you want to improve your lifts or are a complete beginner, Mel can help you achieve your goals!

I ensure the program fits your goals and is achievable and enjoyable for you – we need to work hard, but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy the process!
