Coming from a football background, Josh is a hardworking trainer passionate about all things sport and maintaining an active lifestyle. He lives by a motto of making training consistent and sustainable and encourages all his clients to enjoy the process, no matter where the starting point is.

Josh believes in building a strong set of healthy habits alongside their nutrition and training regime, ensuring every client can adhere to their long-term goals. Josh understands the needs and demands of everyday life and is realistic when making plans and setting expectations for his clients. Josh has an easygoing and down-to-earth personality and is always up for a laugh and a bit of banter.

training philosophy

My philosophy is that a healthy lifestyle combines consistent positive habits, a clear mindset and a strong physique. Every session with my clients combines enjoyment, challenges and improvement. I strive to ensure that every client who trains with me has the ultimate toolkit to allow eventual self-sufficiency and the capacity to push themselves independently.

3 fun facts

  1. I was playing football in Italy when Covid started and spent time there during the lockdown
  2. I’m a big foodie and love going out to cafes and restaurants
  3. My favourite gym exercise is chest dips
