Jlenia combines her love of weightlifting, gymnastics and dance to create unique and fun programs that help her clients nail their goals.
Jlenia, who was born and raised in Italy, is a Personal Trainer, as well as a Group Fitness Instructor and CrossFit addict. After more than 10 years doing gymnastics, and four years doing CrossFit, she started her dream job of becoming a trainer. With a passion for dance and also weights, she’ll always make your training fun and challenging.

Training must be fun! It’s all about starting, being consistent and enjoying the process. Don’t waste your time, come with a mindset, with a commitment and I’ll think about all the rest. We can make it work with your busy schedule, no excuses – three to four times a week for 45 minutes is a good start; it’s not as hard as you think and you’ll be surprised how fun it can be. Investing time and money in yourself is the best way for a happy, healthy and successful life.

- I can’t concentrate if I know how heavy my barbell is – so I don’t know how much I’m lifting. I usually count in the end, haha!
- I know it’s crazy, but I love to eat crickets!
- I love to dance and sing while I clean, and I use the mop as a microphone!
