Jamie, as a coach, prioritises creating an enjoyable and successful environment for you while working together. He strongly believes that you are more likely to succeed in something if you find it enjoyable.

He believes in maintaining a balance between training and nutrition. He does not advocate for strict diets and instead emphasises the importance of enjoying food and social life to promote good mental health.

When you work with Jamie, he will motivate you to push yourself, but he will also provide you with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed on your own.
