Jacqueline grew up with a passion for many sports, including basketball, softball, football and running, which led her into a gym during her highschool years. The gym became her number one passion. So it’s no surprise that as Jacqueline became a mother (to six children!), she continued training throughout all her pregnancies. She credits this training with her healthy pregnancies and births, her body’s ability to bounce back, and her strong mindset. Exercise is her therapy, her outlet and her time to focus purely on herself.
It was her understanding of the positive impacts the gym can have on people’s wellbeing that led Jacqueline to realise she wanted to become a Personal Trainer, so she could share her passion with others. She loves working with people from all walks of life to help them improve their lifestyle and wellbeing. She aims to show people that it’s not hard or intimidating to achieve results in the gym – everyone started out not knowing what to do at one point. And she likes to show that you can definitely have fun while doing it.

My philosophy is that fitness should be fun and sustainable. I believe it’s best to work on your mindset before your external appearance. This way, exercise becomes a part of your lifestyle. I believe goals and targets always need to be honest and realistic. And I think people should avoid comparing themselves to others – we’re all individuals.
