It is Erica’s mission in life to work to help her clients become stronger versions of themselves, physically and mentally.
Erica Maroun says working at Fitness Playground has helped her do her little bit for the good of the world: “It is my way of sharing the passion I have for healthy lifestyles, helping women feel confident and strong.”
A lot of her work is focused on supporting women to understand their bodies, give them the confidence to know they can perform fundemental training movements, and gain strength to lift to increase their confidence and strength.
