“Life is available only in the present moment.”
– Thich Nhat Hanh
If you want to increase your strength and mobility at the same time, while learning some fun skills along the way, Dani’s your match.
Dani is from a town called Misiones in the north of Argentina . She has lived in Sydney for the last 13 years. Inspired by her father’s passion for sport, she became involved in gymnastics at a young age, and competed in athletics at a regional level. Her inability to sit still and passion for adventure led her to Australia.
Here in Sydney she qualified as a Personal Trainer while developing a dedicated Ashtanga yoga practice. Her experiences have all culminated in her unique style of coaching, blending mobility, strength training and skill development, such as calisthenics. She loves dancing to samba in the kitchen with her dog Tango, while cooking a big meal to enjoy with family.
- Strength & Conditioning
Dani believes she training is a beautiful way to express self-love. Focusing on the body, health and fitness and surrounding herself with positive, motivated people helped her out during hard times, so she loves helping others have similar experiences. She says training should be fun, yet challenging. Her main goal is to give people the opportunity to discover what their bodies are capable of, and how amazing it feels to acquire new skills. She’s all about training to have fun rather than focusing on aesthetic goals and punishing routines.

PT Client Reviews
“I had gymtimidation stepping foot into the gym. But I trusted Dani completely regarding my training and nutrition. I’m eating more than I ever have in my life (!!) to grow stronger, feel better and shape my body. I’m proud realising how much stronger I am today than I was on day one of personal training. On top of all this, I’m ecstatic that my underlying stress is less, and so my chronic migraines have settled down – can’t tell you the last time I had one, and that’s a huge breakthrough.”
“Daniela is an amazing coach – super encouraging, knows her stuff and explains everything very well. My first goal was to improve my form, and Daniela spent our first month teaching me proper movement, while still pushing me each session in weights, etc. My form improved so much in just one month.”
“I was never a gym person. I wasn’t even really an exercise person. So joining my first gym was super nerve-racking for me. But I tried out Dani as a Personal Trainer, and I can honestly say that it’s because of her that I love the gym so much. From our very first session, she made me feel so comfortable on the gym floor.
She’s like this little ball of energy that welcomes you in from the very first second. But at the same time she’s really tough, she doesn’t let you slack off or be lazy (which I need). I love her programs, she always mixes it up each couple of weeks with new, interesting and challenging exercises, incorporating yoga and gymnastics, which I love. And most importantly, when I’m having a bad mental health day, she’s able to cater our sessions to help relieve me of anxiety or stress and get back to a better mental place.
Because of all this, I trust her completely and feel motivated to try as hard as I can for both myself, and her. I never thought I’d stick to coming to the gym, or doing PT sessions. But having her as my Personal Trainer has made it so easy to keep this commitment to myself. Dani is such an asset to Fitness Playground, and I can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for me.”
