Having worked in various corporate jobs before, she understands how much fitness can change your life for the better, and how much you can learn about yourself along this journey. Can values hard work and expects you to be consistent enough to see what you are capable of.

“When I started training with Can, I had some very specific goals – Prior to 2020, I was an aerialist (aerial silks and corde lisse) who was regularly performing and super fit. It was really disheartening to go back to training having lost all my strength during lockdowns, so I had given up… Can put together a program for me that focuses on exactly what I need for aerial skills, but also a mix of things I need to work on, but didn’t know I would enjoy… Can is really great to work with and I love her enthusiasm. She’s always so psyched for me to make progress, gives good corrections to form, and I really appreciate that she explains how slight changes to movements will affect different muscles – it’s really helpful for me to understand the ‘why’, not just the ‘how’ of what we’re doing.
I can’t believe how much progress I’ve made in such a short time. After around 12 weeks of training, I’m now able to perform skills in the air I couldn’t do on the ground, and I’ve been able to do tricks and drills that took me several years to achieve when I first started aerials. Being able to see progress from week to week is amazing. I feel like I’ll be back to where I left off in no time, but I’m also really having fun with the journey to get there!”
“Coming into my PT journey I was inexperienced, hardly knew my way around a gym and could barely do a bodyweight squat. I had specific concerns regarding my illnesses and previous injuries and was looking for someone who could guide me and lead me in the right direction.
