About Ben

Ben has been a coach for over 10 years, boasting extensive knowledge and experience across various facets of the health and fitness industry, including football (soccer) sports-specific conditioning, weight training for fat loss and hypertrophy, and beginner-level rehabilitation.

He prioritises challenging workouts while ensuring clients achieve corrective technical lifting through education. His passion for sports, health and fitness enables him to bring out the best in clients of all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters. Ben is known for his friendly, understanding and fun demeanour, ensuring a more effective training experience in the gym with a constant smile on your face.

My philosophy centres around the belief that cultivating realistic habits fosters a sustainable and healthier lifestyle. Consistency forms the cornerstone for achieving improvements in strength, ongoing weight management, and attaining peak physical and mental well-being. To me, success entails setting achievable goals that align with reality and committing to them steadfastly. Embracing the ebb and flow of progress, and understanding that some days may present challenges while others bring triumphs underscores the importance of perseverance on the journey to self-improvement.

  1. I am Half English/Japanese – I don’t know any of the Japanese language.
  2. I used to do modelling for an online clothing company.
