Welcome to Reformer Pilates, One Playground style. The environment features polished concrete floors, custom-designed lighting and best-in-class beds to create a studio experience, with an edge. Best of all, it’s all included in your membership at no extra cost.

REFORMER FOUNDATIONS

Ideal for beginner-level Reformer students. The focus is on learning the fundamentals of pilates and basic reformer exercises, while still working up a sweat. Attend at least 2 Fundamental classes before trying our other classes.

REFORMER SIGNATURE

Open to everyone, at every level, through regressions and progressions. This class will help you feel comfortable to cruise into both our HIIT and Strong offerings. Flows at a moderate pace and incorporates a variety of other pilates equipment such as pilates balls and circles.

REFORMER HIIT

Combines some high-intensity intervals with the more controlled, composed reformer exercises. This class aims to increase the heart rate, engage your core on all levels, and challenge every major muscle group. A unique full-body, circuit-style workout that burns serious calories.

REFORMER STRONG

This longer, one-hour class includes intermediate- and advanced-level reformer progressions. It offers a combo of intense upper-body, lower-body, core and oblique work. You’ll use a variety of heavier kettlebells and dumbbells for movements to lengthen and tone your muscles.

Maggie’s love for fitness and wellness started at an early age through dance. After travelling the world as a professional dancer, she now shares her passion for Pilates through her teaching, where she aims to inspire self-development through the mind, body and soul.

JAY

Jay is a passionate Pilates instructor committed to helping his students find their flow and grow their love for the practice. He is a former corporate worker who left his job to pursue his passion for movement. Jay’s classes are intelligent, creative, and challenging, and he creates a supportive and encouraging environment for his students.

Siobhan

Siobhan’s passion for Pilates started over 15 years ago, enjoying mat and reformer training. Dealing with Osteopaths in rehabilitation and prevention and having trained in the classical Pilates methods, Siobhan is passionate about technique and getting the most out of your training. Having worked through injuries, she understands recovery and injury limitations and loves making working out fun.
