From a background in martial arts, bodybuilding, strength and conditioning all the way to gymnastics, Jen will take care to push you out of your comfort zone to help you feel accomplished and satisfied with your individual goals.

- Athletic background in playing Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, track & field, cricket and gymnastics

- I came 12th in my age group for the most recent Hyrox Sydney
- I used to be a Cricket Coach at a district level in the UK.
- I was on the 2012 GB regional team for Gymnastics.
