Steph has a passion for helping others to not only love the gym but to love themselves. She teaches a balanced and healthy lifestyle and believes fitness should be fun before anything else. Whether it be in the gym doing heavy hip thrusts or behind the pads in our Fighting Fit classes – Steph will be sure to make you sweat.

training philosophy

My philosophy comes from when I decided to become a coach. This was after I found my own passion for fitness. I had a bad accident (a story for another time) and had to get surgery on my ankle. Being in the hospital, I lost a lot of weight and I felt weak. I got a coach and found my passion. I began with weightlifting and then trained with a pro boxer. I felt strong and empowered. I train to feel strong and that’s how I want others to feel.

  1. I’m a huge football fan (or as the Aussies call it – soccer)
