THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Team is at the heart of what we do at One Playground. Without them we would not be able to provide endless experiences to over 15,000 members.

The primary purpose of our roles across coaching, service and group training is to deliver excellent service, enhance member experience and contribute to One Playground’s unique brand and culture, and of course, you’ll get to do lots of cool sh*t!

GREAT HUMANS

We currently have 260 Great Humans who work with us at One Playground. We are on the hunt for Personal Trainers, Group Fitness instructors & current and future leaders as we look to grow our workforce by over 100 staff in the next 12 months.
