This hybrid session combines education with experience so you don’t just learn the theory, you feel it in action. Throughout the workshop, you’ll explore the key principles behind power training, including how to generate force efficiently, move with intent, and apply these concepts across different exercises. You’ll also learn how to progress power movements based on your individual training level. This session is designed to give you a clear understanding of how to incorporate power work into your routine with confidence.
