Join Coach Luke to learn the fundamentals of Olympic Powerlifting! If you're an intermediate or advanced lifter wanting to dip your toes into this competitive sport, this workshop is designed to give you the knowledge and confidence to start your journey.
What you’ll learn:
- An understanding of the key positions (Cleans, Jerks and Snatches ), why each of them are important, what makes an efficient lift, and how small technical errors may be holding you back.
- Personalised feedback on your drills before carrying out the full movements to ensure optimal form and technique that you can apply in your own training
- How to structure your training sessions so you can ensure continual progression
