Ready to take your glute training beyond the basics? Following her first workshop covering the foundations of effective glute training, Coach Emma is back to show you how to put it all into practice.
This hands-on workshop is designed to help you better understand how to train the glutes for strength, performance and long-term progress through intentional programming and smarter exercise execution. Emma will begin with a quick recap of the key principles before guiding you through a full lower body workout.
Throughout the session, you’ll learn how to effectively target the glutes through lengthened, shortened, unilateral and isolated positions while exploring advanced training techniques including tempo variations, drop sets and more. You’ll not only understand what to do, but why you’re doing it - helping you train with more confidence and purpose moving forward.
