A strong and functional core plays an important role in supporting the lumbar pelvic region, improving posture and stability, and helping to manage pelvic pain in both training and everyday life. This practical and educational workshop with Coaches Pip & Nikki is designed to help you better understand your core, how it functions, and how to train it with more intention and confidence.
Throughout the session, you’ll explore the foundations of pelvic stabilisation, learn what it means to properly “brace,” and understand the importance of breath in both movement and recovery. You’ll also be guided through targeted core exercises designed to improve stability, posture and overall function, while supporting symptom management through smarter movement strategies.
The workshop combines education with practical application, helping you not only understand what to do, but why it matters - so you can move, train and feel better long-term.
