Led by a Registered Nurse and skin specialist from Amirova Cosmetic Clinic, this session explores the connection between sweat, stress, hormones, and skin health. You’ll learn what’s actually happening to your skin during and after workouts, why issues like breakouts, dehydration, and sensitivity occur, and how to manage them effectively.
The workshop includes a live demonstration of a post-workout skin routine, giving you practical, easy-to-apply strategies you can implement straight away.
