“Ultimately, it is your commitment to the process that will determine your progress.”
– James Clear
Mia blends strength and hypertrophy programming for her clients with nutrition support, thanks to her degree in Nutrition & Dietetic Medicine.
Having suffered an eating disorder through her late teens and early twenties, Mia knows first-hand the impact food and training has on our mental and physical health. In the years since, she’s completed a BA in Nutrition and Dietetics, which has provided her with a strong academic background that continues to inform her coaching.
Mia uses a blend of strength and hypertrophy style training, complemented by dietary planning, to help her clients realise their body composition dreams – without the need for extreme and restrictive dieting. Mia’s passion is helping her clients accomplish their goals, build their self-confidence, and move beyond the mental and physical boundaries of what they thought was possible.

Consistency and technique are, in my opinion, the biggest factors in achieving success and longevity in training. Focus on showing up and continually refining your technique, and the results and body composition changes will follow.

- My favorite hobbies are eating and planning the food I want to eat.
- When I was younger I was obsessed with Hayden Christensen who played Anakin Skywalker in Star Wars.

PT Client Reviews
“I love that our sessions don’t feel clinical at all, it’s almost like I am training with a good friend rather than a ‘personal trainer’, they’re very enjoyable and full of banter. It’s really good for me that you push me so hard because I do have a tendency to give up when I start to struggle. The variety and difficulty of the workouts is something I enjoy too, previously I was doing very boring ones.”
“Where do I start?! If I can only choose one thing, it would be the way you have created these amazing programs for me. They are always challenging me in new ways, constantly pushing the boundaries of my abilities to make me stronger.”
“Oh, too many things to write! I love how you always push and challenge me but also how we have great conversations and chats while training. I really look forward to our sessions because I know I am going to get a great tough workout but also feel refreshed after a good chat session. You really listen to me and take exercises I love (or maybe don’t love) into account. It’s really important to me to have a good friendship and I feel so lucky we have clicked!”
