Through her years of experience competing and coaching gymnastics, calisthenics and martial arts, Lisa creates challenging and engaging sessions for her clients. Lisa is passionate about movement and thrives in finding ways to help others move better, be pain-free, enjoy their training and unlock their potential. Whether it’s losing weight, lifting heavier, improving sports performance, or simply learning cool stuff – Lisa is invested in you and your journey!
My training philosophy is, never stop playing. I believe humans are meant to use our bodies for movements like climbing, hanging, squatting, crawling, jumping and running rather than isolating our muscles and lifting weights only in a linear motion. Movement should not be something we have to do but is something that’s fun and enjoyable and still challenges us to be better every day.
