Kat has a diverse background – she was born in Ukraine, grew up in France and has now settled in Australia. She will definitely find a common language with you!
Coming from a software background, she is big on capability, pays strong attention to detail and is good with numbers (so don’t be surprised if she pushes you to exceed your last personal best). But what is most important for her is that you feel confident, empowered and stronger every time you come to the gym to do personal training with her. She will do everything to help you achieve your goals and lift your mindset. Her warm smile will make you feel comfortable

My philosophy is that fitness should help you to feel good in your body, to improve your body image, mental health and nutrition. No matter what your goal is, you should be able to enjoy the process. Fitness is all about balance and you don’t have to spend every single day at the gym to get amazing results. It’s consistency and discipline that will help you to stick to a healthy lifestyle.

- I hated any kind of sport and fitness activities until the age of 24.
- I have a Masters Degree in Finance, but never ended up working in that area.
- I was planning a big solo trip around the world when I turned 27 years old. The first destination I arrived at was Sydney, and I’ve never left since.
