It also features The Battleground studio for HIIT and strength group-training sessions and our New York-loft-like MindBody studio for yoga, pilates, barre, dance classes and more, as well as a satellite studio for Reformer Pilates.

This is an Urban Oasis dedicated to nurturing body, mind and soul with 3 new wellness studios hosting 150+ weekly classes, a recovery suite completed with infrared saunas and contrast therapy, all included in your Play membership.
Reformer Studio
300+ CLASSES
We run 300+ classes a week at Surry Hills alone, across more than 30+ different class types. We have the best Group Fitness Instructors in the biz, and there are class levels to suit all abilities.
Equipment
Every gym in Surry Hills has dumbbells, but do they sit within a 1920’s heritage site along a line-up of Strongman posters? You’ll discover cardio pieces, pin and plate loaded weight machines, lifting cages, bench press racks, Technogym bikes & more.
Signature Studios
Our Surry Hills gym holds two signature group fitness studios: The Battleground and our newly renovated MindBody studio. Our studios are fitted out with mirrors, sound systems and specialty equipment like silks, trapeze and boxing bags.
