Join Master Breathwork facilitators Chris Sulfa of Align Breathwork and Michelle Dyball of Harmonise The Breath in this transformative experience. You will be guided through a powerful breathwork session designed to help release suppressed emotions, heal trauma and promote inner healing. You will engage in activities to build trust and vulnerability, whilst fostering genuine connections with a like-minded community.

Sara of Light Alchemy will take you through a sacred cacao ceremony, and conclude the breathwork journey with the healing vibrations of sound, including the didgeridoo, shamanic drum, crystal singing bowls, crystal harp and more.

Discover how breathwork can be incorporated into your daily life to reduce anxiety, manage stress, improve sleep quality and alleviate depression. You will gain a heightened sense of self-awareness and a deeper connection with yourself.
