The Structure of a RITUAL Class

Every RITUAL session follows a unique arc that moves from mindful activation to restorative stillness, all within 60 minutes.

 

Dynamic Activation

RITUAL begins with dynamic, Pilates-inspired sequences that build tone, alignment, and stability. Using a range of Pilates-based equipment, participants move with intention and breath to develop strength from the inside out. 

 

Mindful Flow and Release

As the experience unfolds, the tempo slows. You’ll transition into lengthening stretches and gentle flows, designed to open your body, improve mobility, and ease away tension, as well as grounding breathwork that encourages release and reset.

 

Meditative Wind-Down

The session concludes with a calming, meditative wind-down. Guided relaxation and stillness help recalibrate your nervous system, leaving you feeling centred and refreshed for whatever your day holds next.
